Every Zena Home piece is stocked and shipped from Sydney, Australia. We currently ship within Australia only.
Processing time
In-stock items are carefully packed and dispatched within 2-4 business days of your order. Pre-order items ship according to the timeline listed on the product page — see our FAQ page for details on how these work.

We ship with Australia Post and offer free standard shipping on every order, Australia-wide — no minimum spend required.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel directly via the Australia Post website or the link in your shipping confirmation.

Each piece is carefully wrapped and cushioned for transit — natural stone is durable, but we pack every order with care to ensure it arrives exactly as it left us.
